Welcome to the Saptrang Creators Community. These guidelines, terms, and policies outline the standards we expect from our members to keep our physical and digital spaces safe, respectful, and impactful.
Saptrang Creators Community is a dedicated space built on the core belief that communication, storytelling, and content creation carry a deep social responsibility. We connect creators to foster dialogue, collaboration, and national interest. To support this vision, we expect all participants to uphold the following standards:

If you witness behavior that violates our Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to the community team at contact@saptrangcreatorscommunity.org. All reports will be handled confidentially.
Consequences for violating our community standards may include a warning, temporary suspension from digital forums/physical events, or permanent removal from the Saptrang community at the discretion of the core committee.
By applying for verification, registering for events, or participating in the Saptrang Creators Community platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Membership is open to digital creators, artists, writers, filmmakers, and influencers. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during verification. If your account is managed by an agency, you must declare this and provide valid agency contact details as requested in the verification form.
Creator Ownership Policy
You retain 100% ownership of any original content, stories, videos, or designs you create. Saptrang does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
However, by submitting content or presenting work in community forums/events, you grant Saptrang Creators Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to showcase, feature, or promote your work on our platform, newsletter, social media channels, and during physical events like the Saptrang Creators Fest.
Saptrang provides networking infrastructure, workshops, masterclasses, and awards. We are not liable for user-generated content published by members, nor are we liable for disputes, negotiations, or agreements arising between creators or agencies within our community.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts and creator verification status if we find that the user has violated these terms or our Code of Conduct.
